It includes strength-based workouts, mindset prompts, and reflection moments rooted in scripture.

What to look forward to:
- Duration: 4 Weeks
- Split: 5 Days Training / 2 Days Recovery & Reflection
- Daily Time Commitment: 45–60 mins
- Tools Needed: Dumbbells, bodyweight, optional mat/resistance bands
- Weekly Check-in (Zoom)
